Vegan Creamy Mushroom Sauce

• On a medium heat, cook 2 large cloves of garlic, finely chopped, until they are golden brown and then add chopped mushrooms.

• Lower the heat, then add the juice of half a lemon, half a can of coconut milk, a handful of fresh basil, mixed herds, half a teaspoon of paprika, a tablespoon of soya sauce and finally black pepper and a small amount of salt.
