Vegan Gluten-Free Apple Cake

• Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.

• In a large bowl, mix buckwheat flour, cinnamon, ground cloves and couple tablespoons of sugar.

• Pour in melted coconut oil, chia pudding and almond milk.

• Add chopped apples!

• Bake for 20-30 minutes depending how moist/gooey you like it!
