Super-Smooth Chia Pudding

• In a storing container of your choice (I use glass), pour about 1/3 cup of cold water.

• Using a superfine sieve (small enough to hold chia seeds) pour in about two tablespoons of chia seeds.

• Under a cold tap, wash the chia seeds in the sieve, mixing constantly by swirling the sieve, until the seeds start to soak up the water, forming a gel consistency.

• Once the seeds are sticking together (after about 3 mins), spoon the chia seed gel from the sieve into the container of water, stirring immediately. Keep adding and stirring until you’ve transported all the chia seeds.

• Keep stirring to ensure no clumps are formed.

• Add more water if necessary so the chia seeds soak up more water to form a pudding in the container. This should take about 5 minutes.

• Store in the fridge!
