Healthy Sugar-Free Chocolate Porridge

• In a pan on a medium-high heat, cook 50g of gluten-free oats with water. Keep cooking and adding water until the porridge is bubbling and the water is being absorbed by the oats. This should form a creamy consistency after about 10 mins.

• Once it’s as creamy as possible, mix organic raw cocoa powder with boiling water until it forms a chocolate sauce.

• Pour into porridge, stir and set to cool for a few minutes.

• Serve with organic almond butter, banana and almond milk!
