Lime-Marinated Chicken

The most juicy zesty chicken ever!

• Place Organic Chicken Mini Fillets in a dish filled with the juice of 5 limes. Set aside for about 20mins.

• Preheat the oven to 200 Celsius.

• In a frying pan, melt just over a teaspoon of melted coconut oil. On a high heat, place the chicken fillets in the frying pan (if you can’t fit all, do half the batch at a time) and pan fry for a few minutes until they have firmed and turned golden.

• Place the fillets in an oven dish and pour over the lime juice.

• Cook in oven for around 12 mins.

• Served here with Organic Quinoa, Carrot Mash and Homegrown Green Beans!
