• Preheat oven to 200 Celsius. Line a baking tray with grease proof baking parchment.
• Cut baking potato into thin slices and place in a bowl of cold water.
• Dry off potato slices before laying on a baking tray.
• Season with lots of salt and pepper or any other herbs.
• Cook for 8 minutes on on side then flip potato slices over and cook other side. You may have to remove smaller pieces if they cook faster.
