Superfood Smoothie Bowl

• In a NutriBullet blend 1/2 cup of oats, banana, chia pudding (chia seeds mixed with water and left for 5 mins), teaspoon of almond butter, cinnamon, spirilina powder, coconut milk and teaspoon of honey.

• Serve with homemade blackcurrant jam (see recipe) and homemade granola.
