Roasted Salmon with Oil-Free Herb-Crusted Chips

• Preheat oven to 190 Celsius fan. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

• Chop up sweet potatoes into chip-size pieces, onto tray, sprinkle on as many dried herbs, and seasoning as you like, rub them in and oven cook for 20-25mims or until they are soft.

• Steam fresh Swiss chard, stalks and all, and garden peas for about 10 minutes until soft.

• In a cooking bag (with lemon and parsley), roast the salmon for 12 minutes, or until it looks firm.

• Serve with our chive dip, see recipe!
